How the game works

Dialboard comes from a cold-calling coaching tip: put your calls on a whiteboard and score them like points in a game, so you want to keep dialing. The app keeps the board and does the counting.

  1. Every call gets a tally.

Tap the box or press its number, and the marker draws the line for you. Or draw it yourself with your finger or mouse.

  2. Five make a gate.

Four lines and a diagonal strike, like on any office whiteboard. You can count a row of gates at a glance.

  3. Every 25 cashes in as a chip.

The board circles your five gates, wipes them off and writes a 25 chip. Four chips become a starred 100, so 300 dials still reads at a glance.

Every dial is worth money.

  1. 100 dials
  2. 4 meetings booked
  3. 2 show up
  4. 1 closes at $3,000

= every dial was worth $30

$3,000 ÷ 100 dials. Even the no's.

Tally a deal and write what it was worth, like 3000 Acme. Dialboard divides today's deal money by today's dials and circles EVERY DIAL = $X at the top of your board, so you know what the next call is worth before you pick up the phone.

Feels like the real board

Same aluminum frame, same squeaky markers, plus the parts a whiteboard can't do on its own.

Hear every stroke.

The squeak and the felt rub follow how fast you draw. Typing sounds like a marker writing out each letter. Markers pop their caps, the eraser swishes, and a spray-bottle wipe clears the board for a new day.

Turn your sound on and tap one.

Lead cards keep your call list.

Type who you're calling: name, business, phone and any fields you add. Tap how the call went. Dialboard tallies the right boxes and adds the call to your list.

Pick up the marker.

Your first tally is one tap away.
